Examples of Inverter Use in the
Stamping and Steel Industries
Inverters Designed for Load Capacities
from 1,000 to 15,000 lbs.
- Steel panels that are stamped create burrs on the edge of the panels. Before
each panel is folded to the correct shape, it needs to be turned over 180°
so the burrs and any rough edges are on the inside of the cut-out steel sheets.
- Stacks of steel with surface coating on the wrong side are turned over
before going to stamping machine.
- Steel panels such as door or fender blanks when turned over can be stamped
as right or left door or fender.
- Transfer off a pallet or make up a load without a pallet
- Transfer off a steel pallet or make up a load with a different pallet
