Examples of Inverter Use in the
Stamping and Steel IndustriesInverters Designed for Load Capacities
from 1,000 to 15,000 lbs.
- Steel panels that are stamped create burrs on the edge of the panels. Before each panel is folded to the correct shape, it needs to be turned over 180° so the burrs and any rough edges are on the inside of the cut-out steel sheets.
- Stacks of steel with surface coating on the wrong side are turned over before going to stamping machine.
- Steel panels such as door or fender blanks when turned over can be stamped as right or left door or fender.
- Transfer off a pallet or make up a load without a pallet
- Transfer off a steel pallet or make up a load with a different pallet
Retractable side wall moves in and out to secure various lengths of steel 15,000 lbs of steel door or fender blanks being flipped on the opposite side
Built in fork tunnels allow for pallet less loading and unloading
