Free Standing 180 degree Pallet Inverter with Dual Clamping plates and Ramp Level Loading Accommodates a wide range of load sizes, dual clamping plates provide stabilization of even small loads. (Minimum load height 23".) Ramp loading---standard. Transfers loads from wood to plastic pallets, slip sheets or rental pallets. Easy removal of damaged product from the bottom of load Significant reduction in back injuries. Safety rails and guards are standard. Permits retention of costly in-house pallets. Can be loaded by pallet jack or lift truck. The FS/DC/RL Inverter is available to operate at 3" above ground level with NO RAMP. Or pallet jack access with the use of a RAMP for simple entry and exiting. All models equipped with push button controls on a pendant. computerized auto-sequenced system available as an option.

The palletized load is placed in the inverter via pallet truck. The pallet truck operator then simply presses the button that activates the machine. A clamping plate descends and secures the load. The inverter then rotates the load 180 degrees. The clamping plate releases. The load can now be removed by the pallet truck and is ready for shipping or return to the warehouse. Control options range from standard pendant controls to fully automated systems

With more and more companies turning towards rental pallets, companies need to find a quick way to switch from White to Blue. Another issue is damage recovery, particularly with bagged product. The Inverter eliminates the need for hand stacking and does the job in a fraction of the time. Because the Inverter does all the work it not only saves time it saves backs. More and more today companies are looking for ways to make a safer more worker friendly atmosphere.

The manufacturing and warehousing industry is always looking for ergonomic solutions to eliminate back injuries, because whoever handles the pallet or product needs to do so by lifting as little weight as possible. When dealing with wood pallets there is always going to be issues with broken boards and eventually product damage.

Customer shipping requirements have created the need for manufacturers and warehousing to have the flexibility to exchange in-house pallets or rental pallets.

Damaged cartons and bags, usually at the bottom of the stack, are quickly recovered by the inverter. No need to disturb the stretch or shrink wrap. The damaged boxes or bags can be replaced and the load rotated to it's original position Ramp, Safety Rails and Rear Guards (as shown)-Standard.

JIT shipping and Cross Docking, issues of damage recovery and pallet exchange become that much more significant. The pallet inverter is such a natural fit within the industry. It facilitates the speed of getting the product to market and takes the element of repetitive motion out of the equation.

The inverter can be stopped at any degree of rotation. In the process, the palletized load can be automatically straightened. The palletized load can also be removed from its upside down position if desired.

Products delivered on a Chep pallet to a company who is not on the Chep program. Can remove and return the Chep pallet immediately.

In many cases the Standard Pallet Inverter is sufficient to do the job but some plants have requested adaptations that more readily suit their individual needs. These custom designed Inverters give you the flexibility to accommodate a wide range of load heights, widths and weights.
