Pallet Accumulation Stacker
- Free Standing 180 degree Inverter with Single Clamping Plate and Pallet Accumulation Stacker.
- Removes and retains in-house pallets.
- Permits maximum utilization of container space by removing pallets prior to shipping.
- The scissor push device guides the load from the Inverter onto a wide platten forklift.
The Inverter is loaded with the materials resting on the pallet you wish to retain.
At the push of a single button, the pallet is gripped hydraulically, the load is clamped, and the Inverter revolves 180 degrees.
The pallet is released and conveyed away to be stacked in the accumulation stacker.
The clamping table rises, and a second fork truck fitted with wide plattens and push-pull attachment approaches from the side. The driver powers a moving side wall in the Inverter, which pushes the load onto the wide plattens.
THE PALLETLESS LOADING SYSTEM IN OPERATION:
- The Inverter is loaded with the materials resting on the pallet you wish to retain.
