Transfer to a Different Pallet Easily without Turning Product Over

The Pallet Exchanger system enables the operator to swap pallets from beneath the load without any necessity to lift or handle the pallet by hand. Equipped with adjustable top clamping plate, and twin moving side walls that secure the load without clamping force. On optional Pallet Dispenser / Accumulator models, the conveyor is equipped with a powered lock/release mechanism on loading table.

The Pallet Exchanger is designed and built to meet customer specific requirements on load height. Standard clamping plate travel 78" max. to 42" min. The load needs to be stable when resting on their side, While side clamping maintains the integrity of the load. This system is fully automated and requires appropriate fixed guarding. The load is held in a 90° reclined position while the pallet is gripped and returned to floor level for exchange by pallet truck or pallet jack
