R/R MK1 INVERTER MODEL

Reclines 90°
Rotates 180°
on Horizontal Axis
  • 180° Inverter that can be custom-built to accommodate a variety of materials. Twin clamping tables secure the load.
  • The inverter then reclines the load 90 degrees and rotates it 180 degrees on a horizontal axis.
  • Ideal for both wide and heavy loads, as well as very low stack heights.
  • By evenly distributing the load over the turning point, the R/R MK1 can easily handle the tremendous weight of both timber sheets and sheet steel.
  • All R/R Models are custom-built to your individual size and weight requirements.
  • Although the R/R has been designed to be relatively stable, floor fixture is recommended.
  • All models are equipped with push button controls on a pendant. Computerized auto-sequenced system is available as an option.
  • The R/R MK1 may also be modified for use with conveyor-fed systems.

R/R MK1 IN OPERATION:

R/R MK1 Fork Lift Loading

R/R MK1 Ground Level Loading

Its compact design takes up a minimum of floor space and its ease of operation makes turning over a load of product a simple operation. The clamping table opening ranges between 23" and 91"

The R/R MK1 loads at ground level thus allowing for easy access with a hand truck.

R/R MK1 Ramp Level Loading

The R/R MK1 loads at ramp level thus allowing for easy access with a hand truck. Its compact design takes up a minimum of floor space and its ease of operation makes turning over a pallet load of product a simple operation. This piece of equipment will aid in helping solving problems of ergonomics and repetitive trauma in the work place.

The clamping plates rise and descend to secure the load. The machine tilts the load backward so that it is now resting on its side.

The MK1 Ramp loading unit has a secondary function for squaring loads. When fitted with a side wall it can be turned through 90 degrees and tilted towards the alignment bar into a 'V'. This unique tilt design allows sheets to be jogged squarely against the side wall.

The operator pushes down a lever at the side of the machine and manually turns the table containing the load around 180 degrees.
